The Bradley Avenue construction project is anticipated to start next Monday (July 14th) or Tuesday (July 15th) per the City of Champaign notice received today by the TVN HOA. This will increase traffic traveling through the subdivision to exit out of Alpine, so please keep all roads as clear as possible for those needing to exit as well as buses and other service vehicles. A friendly reminder that TRAILERS and other large non-passenger vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the subdivision including on your property.
The City of Champaign shared that the work will be accomplished in phases. The first phase will close Duncan Road on the north side of Bradley Ave. Duncan Road south of Bradley Avenue will remain open. Bradley Avenue will also remain open during this phase. Once that work is complete, Duncan Road will reopen and Bradley Avenue will be closed on the west side of Duncan Road to Alpine Drive. The work will take approximately 10 weeks to complete.
